Energy Side System
Refrigeration units and pumps are the core of air conditioning systems in terms of their great energy losses in the data center. The focuses include how to reduce the installation space, avoid damage to the system equipment caused by water hammer, prevent overcurrent phenomena, etc.
- Dynamic flow balancing valve: Preventing undercurrent and overcurrent to protect refrigeration unit
- Constant flow multi-function valve: one valve with three functions of cut-off, check and current limit, greatly saving space in the machine room
- Angle rectification filter: one valve with three functions of elbow, filtering and rectification, greatly saving space in the machine room
- Backflow preventer: 100% anti-backflow to guarantee relatively small head loss
Natural Cooling System
In winters, a large amount of cold air is outdoor. Therefore, in these seasons, the free cooling capacity may be switched by the electric valve to cool the data center machine room and the equipment to save energy and reduce consumption.
- Electric butterfly valve: It can remotely control the opening and closing of the valve by signal, ensuring the intelligent, convenient, accurate and reliable switching of the cooling mode

Computer Room Air Handler System
- Option 1: Static balancing valve + Differential pressure balancing valve + Electric control valve: ensuring that the flow through each CRAH can be distributed according to the designed flow rate, and meanwhile blocking the differential pressure interference generated during the operation, and guaranteeing a flow control accuracy of ±5%
- Option 2: Pressure Independent control valve: Integrating the functions of the three types of valves in Option 1 to reduce installation cost, save installation space, shorten debugging time and reduce failure rate
